The design is about curating a unique tenant experience journey starting at street level into the lobby, then, through the fitness center, and up to the amenity spaces. A parametric sculptural element made of wood skin leads young-minded creative tenants, collaborators, and visitors alongside. The lobby, fitness center, and town hall (event space) are designed with a hospitality vibe, sense of community and mobility in mind.  In addition, this project provides a variety of spaces to think, create, connect, and relax in order to attract new tenants while retaining existing ones in this lively urban corridor in Arlington, VA.
